Hard at Work

DSC_0031-smallI just got a new 85mm lens and couldn’t wait to try it out. I went to visit a friend of mine in Ashkelon, and together we went on a photo walk.

Using a prime lens is a new experience for me and something I realize I need to practice using a lot!

Sunset

DSC_0119-fixed-small
From time to time I go with a friend to photograph the sunset. The sky wasn’t so promising in this occasion. In fact, it was raining as we headed to the outskirts of town to one of our frequent sundown locations.

Fortunately, the sky cleared, and we were rewarded with a beautiful sunset.

Location: Ramat Beit Shemesh, Israel

IMG_4851I had a little excitement getting this shot as I triggered the security alarm when I got too close to the bikes. The shop owner was happy to temporarily disable the alarm for me.
